they overcharged me on some items, and i called and told them my original receipt wasn’t the same total as my invoice i received and they were like, “oh no! i’m looking at your order and i see exactly what happened. we’re sorry, and we’ll credit your account for the difference!”
^ this is what customer service should be like, and i told the gentleman i spoke to how much i appreciated their wonderful customer service. :3
